FixMyRecord provides AI-powered reputation scanning and reporting services. We scan publicly available information across Google Search, AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude), court record databases, mugshot sites, and data broker sites to generate a personalized reputation report.

Not Legal Advice

Reports generated by FixMyRecord are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. We recommend consulting a qualified attorney for legal matters related to criminal records, expungement, or defamation.

Not a Background Check

FixMyRecord is not a background check service. Reports generated by FixMyRecord should not be used for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or any other decisions about individuals. FixMyRecord is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Accuracy Disclaimer

Results are based on publicly available information and may not be complete or accurate. We do not guarantee the removal of any content from third-party websites, search engines, or AI platforms. Scan results reflect what is publicly available at the time of the scan and may change.

Refund Policy

Digital reports (Free Scan and Full Report) are non-refundable once delivered. The Action Plan ($99) includes a 30-day money-back guarantee: if our removal requests do not result in any confirmed takedowns within 30 days, contact us for a full refund. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your report, contact us and we will re-send or re-generate your report at no additional charge.

User Responsibilities

By using FixMyRecord, you represent that:

• You are scanning your own name or have authorization to scan the name provided.
• You will not use the report for employment screening, tenant screening, or any purpose governed by the FCRA.
• You will not misuse the service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resilient Capital LLC and FixMyRecord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific report in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
